Shipping and In Store Pick up

Orders are prepared during our normal business hours and shipped out by 3PM. We may use USPS, UPS Ground or UPS Expedited. 

In Store pick up is available for free and we offer curbside pick up when you park in LOT H behind our store and call at 630-637-5635, during our normal business hours. 

Rates within the US 

UPS Easy Post/ Ground / USPS - $12 (arrives within 10 business days of order completion)

NOW free shipping on orders over $75 (before discounts) 

UPS Expedited - $25 (arrives within 2 business days of order completion) 

GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Full refunds require an original purchase receipt and will be made to the original method of payment or to an in-store credit within *30 days of purchase. Merchandise is fully refundable if in new, saleable condition with original price tags. Without a receipt, merchandise can be exchanged or an in-store credit will be issued for the current value of the item(s). All CLEARANCE merchandise are final sales and cannot be refunded. We're sorry we cannot refund shipping for returns unless damaged or defective. Please call the store for details.
